Cookie Policy

This page describes cookies set by Taleori and how you control them. It supplements the Privacy Policy.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file in the browser. It helps us remember your language, sign-in and banner choice. Similar storage (localStorage) holds the questionnaire draft on your device and the cookie-consent flag.

2. Strictly necessary

Without these the site breaks. They include the login session, form protection (CSRF), the language of legal pages and the flag that we already asked about cookies. We set them because they are needed to provide the service, not to build an advertising profile.

If you block all cookies in the browser, sign-in, checkout and the draft may fail. That is a browser limit, not a penalty we charge.

3. Analytics

Analytics cookies (if visitor counters are added) load only after “Accept all” on the banner. “Necessary only” keeps counters off. There may be no third-party analytics pixel on the storefront yet: we still remember an “all” choice so we do not ask again when a counter appears.

We do not use cookies to show toy ads to the child.

4. Third-party cookies at payment

TBC Bank and lava.top payment pages or widgets may set their own cookies under their policies. We do not read the card number from those cookies. Blocking third-party cookies may prevent payment from completing.

5. The banner

On a first visit the banner offers “Necessary only” or “Accept all”. The choice is stored on the device. You can change it by clearing site data and reopening the page, or by writing to hello@taleori.com.

Banner links open this policy. You do not have to scroll the document to the end to accept.

6. Life and sharing

Session cookies last while the browser is open or for a limited time after sign-in. Legal-page language is remembered longer so you and the bank open the same locale. We do not sell cookie identifiers to data brokers.
